Il a été décidé à cette rencontre que la structure de la 6ème région, se mettra en place après analyse et étude des cv qui seront soumis au Roi. Il sera mis en place dans chaque pays un comité dont les membres seront issus des différentes organisations ou associations de ces pays. Chaque comité sera composé de dix membres dont un représentant sera nommé par le comité et qui sera l'interface entre le Roi et le comité du pays qu'il représente.
Les comités de ces différents pays se réuniront au Luxembourg siège de la 6ème région, pour nommer un représentant (Président, ou secrétaire ...), qui représentera toute la 6ème région et dont la nomination sera officialisée lors d’un sommet des chefs traditionnels en Ethiopie.
